RevenueRescue AI business client terms

Business customers only. RevenueRescue AI is offered to businesses and people acting wholly or mainly for business purposes. By applying you confirm that you are authorised to act for the business and are not buying mainly for personal, family or household use.

1. Service

RevenueRescue AI captures business enquiries, uses automated processing to organise and classify them, sends configured alerts and provides a secure client dashboard. It is a lead-management aid, not an emergency service, booking guarantee, diagnostic service or substitute for professional judgement.

2. Trial, price and recurring subscription

The launch plan includes a 7-day free trial followed by £39 per month on a monthly rolling basis until cancelled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first £39 charge. After the first charge, cancel before the next renewal to stop future monthly charges. Launch pricing may change for future customers; existing subscribers will receive advance notice before a pricing change affecting their recurring subscription.

3. Cancellation

Clients can initiate cancellation from RevenueRescue Billing. Cancellation is submitted to the linked payment provider and RevenueRescue updates when the provider confirms it. Cancellation stops future recurring collections. Amounts already validly collected are not automatically refundable except where required by law or separately agreed.

4. Client responsibilities

• Keep business/contact details accurate and credentials secure.
• Use the service lawfully for legitimate business enquiries.
• Maintain an appropriate privacy notice and lawful basis for customer data the client asks RevenueRescue to process.
• Configure only authorised alert recipients.
• Review AI classifications and suggested responses using professional judgement.

5. Availability and providers

The service relies on third-party hosting, AI, email, SMS, address and payment providers. We monitor failures but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Data protection and acceptable use

Our Privacy notice explains our roles. Clients must not use RevenueRescue for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory or harmful activity, unsolicited marketing, unauthorised access or content they have no right to process. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the law.

7. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death/personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, RevenueRescue does not guarantee conversion of enquiries into paid work. To the extent permitted by law, Impeccability Ltd's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to subscription fees paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity are excluded where lawful.

8. Ending, changes and law

Either party may end the monthly rolling subscription under the cancellation process. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment, unlawful use or security risk, giving notice where reasonably practicable. Material contractual or existing-subscriber price changes will be notified in advance. These business terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.
