Privacy notice
Who this notice covers. RevenueRescue AI is a business service supplied by Impeccability Ltd. This notice covers applicants, account users and people whose enquiries are submitted through a RevenueRescue-powered form.
Our roles
Impeccability Ltd is controller for application, account, billing, support, security and service-administration data. For an end-customer enquiry submitted to a client business, that client is normally the controller and Impeccability Ltd normally processes the enquiry on its behalf to capture, classify, route and notify.
Information and purposes
We process business identity/contact details, login and service settings, subscription status/provider references, enquiry data (such as name, contact details, postcode and message), and security/delivery records. We use account data to take requested pre-contract steps, perform the business contract, support users, prevent abuse, secure the service and comply with legal obligations. Lead data is processed to provide the contracted lead-capture and alert service.
AI processing
Automated AI processing structures and classifies enquiries, for example urgency, service requirement and suggested response information. AI output assists the client; it does not guarantee a booking, attendance time, diagnosis or emergency response and the client remains responsible for professional judgement.
Providers and transfers
We use providers needed to operate RevenueRescue, including Render (hosting/database), OpenAI (AI processing), Resend (email), Telnyx (SMS), PayPal and where enabled Stripe (subscription administration), and address/postcode providers. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism is used where required.
Retention
Account, contract, billing and tax-related records may be retained for up to six years after the relevant relationship or transaction where needed for legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes. Lead data is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and support the client, subject to legal holds and backup cycles; retention is reviewed periodically and valid controller deletion instructions are actioned where the law permits.
Rights
Depending on the processing, UK data-protection law may give rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. For account data contact us. For an enquiry sent to a RevenueRescue client, that client is normally the controller. You may also contact us at support@revenuerescueai.co.uk and may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Security
We use access controls, signed sessions, encrypted transport, provider-signature verification, restricted administrative access and operational monitoring. No internet service can promise absolute security.
